Once your order is confirmed, it will take 7 – 14 days for you to receive it.

 

During this time, please refrain from asking us the status of your order as once it is shipped, we will send you the tracking details. If 14 days have passed on and you haven`t received your order, you can inform us about the same and then it will be considered as delayed.

 

If there is a genuine issue with the scrunchies when you receive them, send us a video while opening the parcel on the same day of delivery and we will help you out

 

Tracking ID of your order will be send it to you via email/phone no./DM

 

If there is any serious issue regarding the order with video proof while opening the parcel then only you can return us and you can take your money back.

 

Every scrunchy is hand-made after you place an order, hence it takes time for us to prepare your orders, we do not have a large stock of scrunchies to go. Please understand and co-operate with us.

 

Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change it. Though we are happy to add more of it to your original order if you wish so, Dm us to add on any product.
